Really any time is good. Although we have to consider that the area is humid and cold. So doing it in winter will require you to bring something warm. Regarding the terrain, the ideal is that you go some day with sun (or at least that it doesn't rain or hasn't rained the night before). In wet terrain the grip It is perfect, but if it is raining, the rock area can be complicated and dangerous. Regarding the dirt part, the mud may form a ball and the bike may not roll well.
