In this entry we are going to talk to you about a enduro route through Agaete, where we will visit most of its surrounding mountains. The track covers some paths from old competitions in Enduro MTB bike. Since you're in the area, don't miss the helmet of Agaete and the Puerto de Las Nieves.
The Agaete enduro consists of 6 sections
We will use the roads that leave the town until we reach dirt tracks that connect the exit of each of the sections. Most of these links are quite bearable, although it is true that There are three moments in which we most likely have to carry our bike.

The route begins in the same town. Here you have several parking areas and shops to buy water and food. We will pass near Agaete several times, in case you have to buy or adjust the bike.
We could consider that the route is divided into three zones. That of section 1, under tamadaba. That of sections 2,3 and 6, over the town of Agaete. And that of sections 4 and 5, which pass near the El Juncal beach. We recommend that you do the route in that order (1,2,3,6) and if you see that you have time (approx. one hour) and strength to do the rest (4 and 5), finish the complete route.
This area is very windy, especially in summer. We recommend that you look at the weather forecast before making it. The ideal would be to go without wind and with humid terrain (rain the previous days). Which would greatly improve the grip in the sting areas that this route has.
