Cuernocabra is one of the restaurants in Las Palmas that uses raw material from Gran Canaria and other Canary Islands in its dishes. The difference compared to other restaurants is that their dishes are prepared with a lot of personality. In addition, their kitchen is exposed to the diner, both whoever is sitting at the bar, and whoever has preferred the tables. While you eat you can enjoy good music and a club atmosphere. In short, in Cuernocabra you will be able to enjoy a different gastronomic experience. We tell you everything below!

Cuernocabra restaurant
The restaurant is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Specifically inside the Gourmet Experience of El Corte Inglés in Mesa y López street. The menu is not very extensive, but it tends to have dishes off the menu depending on the season. Below we show you a few photos of some of the dishes that we have tried here and that you cannot miss: the stuffed avocado, the Viking with shredded meat, the Moors and Christians and for dessert … the Majorero cheese cake is awesome!!!

The shredded meat Viking (kind of sandwich) with Canarian yellow cheese is a spectacle. We loved it. The next photo is from a few years ago, now the Viking comes with avocado mojo sauce.

As we told you, we loved their star dessert: the copied Majorero cheese cake. A sweet and salty explosion that will surprise you.

Cuernocabra by Gofio Madrid
Yes, it is true that the prices per person are around € 40 without wine, so with wine it is a minimum of € 50 per person. However, we are talking about a restaurant led by a Michelin star Canarian chef. He is Safe Cruz, owner of the Gofio restaurant in Madrid. We hope you have a good dining experience here.
