The gastronomic offer of Gran Canaria does not stop growing and diversifying, Bululú Canarias is proof of this. It has amazed us and, if you still do not know it, we recommend that you try it. They mainly offer creative Venezuelan cuisine. They also introduce dishes from other parts of the world in an original way, as well as local ingredients in their recipes. A unique mix with a lot of personality. We will show it to you below!

Bululú Canarias restaurant
Bululú Canarias is not a 100% vegetarian restaurant, but it has many options in its menu without meat. Therefore, it can be said that it is suitable for vegetarians. Even if you are vegetarian or not, we recommend you the watercress hummus with fried chickpeas and pita bread. Simple, but delicious. On the other hand, we can affirm without any doubt that the best arepas of Gran Canaria are in Bululú. We have tried the ones with sweet potato dough. AMAZING!

The next option is not vegetarian, but it is a SHOW. For those who like foie, you will love their homemade foie as a starter. It comes with flowers, Maldon salt, jam and toasted bread.

Another of its vegetarian alternatives are the vegetable patacones that we show you next. The base is fried banana and inside there are vegetables and sprouts. Very yummy too.

Finally, we recommend you to order the tower of aubergines (vegetarian dish, not vegan because it has cheese). Oh, and as a dessert you can’t miss the banana cake. Believe us these last two are a must!

Bululú has already two restaurants in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in Las Canteras beach.
